Senate panel approves FDA budget request

Full Senate Appropriations Committee July 15 approves $2.5 billion for FDA in fiscal year 2011, including $325.7 million for CDRH. The figures, which do not include industry user fees, match the Obama administration's request (1"The Gray Sheet" Feb. 8, 2010).
