Mexico To Be 41st Country With Cosmetic Animal Testing Ban

Legislation approved by Mexico’s Senate “also bans the manufacture, import and marketing of cosmetics tested on animals elsewhere in the world,” according to Humane Society International. Once ratified, the law will give cosmetics manufacturers two years to bring their operations into compliance.
