Stada Bags A Majority 72% Stake In Vietnam’s Pymepharco

The German firm’s holding moves up from 49%, as it eyes a firm foothold in “one of the key growth markets in Asia.” By the end of next year, however, Stada plans to divest its stake in another of its joint ventures in the country.
