Generics Firms Can't Halt Maryland's 'Price Gouging' Law

A Maryland law prohibiting "price gouging" in the sale of certain off-patent and generic drugs is to go into effect Oct. 1, after a court found the Association for Accessible Medicines had not shown it is likely to be held unconstitutional.
