Former Sandoz executive Hector Armando Kellum has admitted involvement in a US generic price-fixing conspiracy, the US Department of Justice has announced.

Hector Armando Kellum, Sandoz' former US vice-president of business contracting and analytics, has admitted his part in a conspiracy to “fix prices, rig bids, and allocate customers for generic drugs,” according to the US Department of Justice.
