US Department Of Justice Announces Guilty Plea In Antitrust Conspiracy

Former Sandoz executive Hector Armando Kellum has admitted involvement in a US generic price-fixing conspiracy, the US Department of Justice has announced.

Hector Armando Kellum, Sandoz' former US vice-president of business contracting and analytics, has admitted his part in a conspiracy to “fix prices, rig bids, and allocate customers for generic drugs,” according to the US Department of Justice.

Announcing Kellum’s guilty plea, the DoJ said that court documents indicated that these activities took place “from at least March 2013 until at least June 2015,” while he was at Sandoz, and
