With immediate effect, Robert Coury is back as Mylan executive chairman, a move that positions the former company head closer to CEO Heather Bresch and president Rajiv Malik as Mylan looks to close its protracted merger with Pfizer’s Upjohn unit and navigate its way through the accelerating COVID-19 pandemic.
