Second ‘Biosimilar Awareness Week’ Launching In Late May

Australia’s GBMA is rolling out its second annual “Biosimilar Week” later this month as part of a three-year education program being pursued by the association and industry stakeholders.

A second “Biosimilar Week” is being rolled out in late May by Australia’s Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Association as part of education efforts underpinned by a three-year government grant.

“Biosimilar Awareness Week in 2020 will take place later this month from 25-29 May,” the GBMA announced, labelling the initiative “an opportunity for healthcare professionals and the Australian public to engage in a conversation about biosimilar medicines
