Sandoz has launched a first-of-its-kind portfolio of 15 generic and over-the-counter medicines, including dexamethasone, for COVID-19 symptoms to be sold at zero profit to the world's poorest countries.

The medicines cover treatments for gastro-intestinal illness, acute respiratory symptoms and pneumonia, as well as septic shock
