Company Adds Vaccine Production Space

Nephron Pharma has announced major expansion in South Carolina’s Lexington County through investment projects involving a new vaccine production space. Nephron’s $215m investment comes after the company invested $313m in its headquarters and production facility in South Carolina.

South Carolina’s Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation- known for developing and producing affordable generic inhalation solutions and suspension products, including those used to treat severe respiratory distress symptoms associated with COVID-19 - has announced an investment of $215m in Lexington County which will help the company add a new vaccine production space, apart from a new office and warehouse, in the county’s Saxe-Gotha Industrial Park.
