Pfizer And Mylan Agree Japanese Transfer

As The Two Firms Extend Meridian EpiPen Supply Deal

Mylan and Pfizer have reached a transfer agreement for certain Pfizer assets covered under the firms’ collaboration for generic drugs in Japan, while further details have emerged of the EpiPen supply agreement conducted through Pfizer’s Meridian unit.

Mylan and Pfizer have reached a preliminary agreement to transfer certain Pfizer assets that currently form part of the pre-existing strategic collaboration between the two companies for generic drugs in Japan to Mylan or – following the completion of the proposed merger with Pfizer’s Upjohn unit – to Viatris.
