Ongoing litigation involving Dr Reddy’s along with Indivior and Aquestive Therapeutics has now been settled in the US, offering Dr Reddy’s a payout of $72m in connection with the legal battle, which revolved around patent infringement allegations and antitrust counterclaims linked to Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) sublingual film.
