While the world continues to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, significant challenges still remain for the off-patent industry in responding to global medicines needs, especially when it comes to forecasting ongoing demand for COVID-19 treatments in low- and medium-income countries, according to the International Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Association.
