Alvotech Finds A New Omalizumab Partner In Kashiv

Pair’s Alliance On Xolair Biosimilar Follows Terminated Collaboration With BiosanaPharma

After earlier this year revealing that it had dropped a collaboration with BiosanaPharma on a biosimilar omalizumab rival to Xolair, Alvotech has now announced a fresh licensing deal for development and commercialization of a version from Kashiv BioSciences.

Just months after announcing that it had terminated a global licensing deal with BiosanaPharma for a biosimilar rival to Novartis’s Xolair (omalizumab), Alvotech has announced a fresh alliance with Kashiv BioSciences for the firm’s own ADL018 proposed omalizumab biosimilar.
