After preliminary success taking down a similar pricing law in Minnesota late last year, the US Association for Accessible Medicines has filed a lawsuit in Illinois seeking to enjoin the state’s attorney general Kwame Raoul from enforcing the price-control provisions of local House Bill 3957.
