Coherus BioSciences says it expects an imminent gap in the supply of its Neulasta (pegfilgrastim) biosimilar, Udenyca, after a US contract manufacturing organization that the firm uses for final packaging “recently informed the company of its over-commitments and capacity constraints at its final labeling and packaging facility that will cause a temporary Udenyca supply interruption.”
