Nellcor reached OEM agreements with Datascope and Instrumentarium's Datex Division in its fourth quarter (ended July 3), "bringing the number of OEM and licensing partners to more than 30 medical systems and monitor manufacturers worldwide." Fourth quarter sales grew 9.6% to $65 mil.
