PLC Medical Systems: Franklin, Massachusetts-based developer of the Heart Laser transmyocardial revascularization system appoints William Dow as president and CEO. Dow, who previously served as president and CEO of Deknatel Snowden Pencer Worldwide, replaces M. Lee Hibbs, who announced his resignation in April.
