Autonomous Technologies Holding PRK Laser Shipments Until Summit Merger

Shipments of LADARVision tracker-assisted excimer laser systems for photorefractive keratectomy are being held until completion of Autonomous Technologies' previously planned merger with PRK laser firm Summit Technology on account of patent litigation concerns, Autonomous says. The October deal is anticipated to close in January.
