Saline Breast Implant Rule Comment Period Should Be Reopened - Law Firm

Recent studies on saline breast implants argue in favor of FDA's reopening the public comment period on a Jan. 8, 1993 proposed rule that would require the submission of premarket approval applications, the Washington, D.C. law firm of Hyman, Phelps & McNamara maintains in a Nov. 12 letter to the agency.
