Rep. Thomas' Medicare Bill Expands National, Local Appeals Options

Legislation that could be introduced as early as the week of June 14 by House Ways and Means/Health Subcommittee Chairman Bill Thomas (R-Calif.) would add a level of administrative review to the appeals process for national Medicare coverage determinations.
