Lab Test Payment Language Added To Medicare Technology Access Bill

Diagnostic test manufacturers would be able to request administrative review and revision of adverse coding and payment policy determinations for products covered by Medicare, under legislation (HR 4395) introduced May 10 by Reps. Jim Ramstad (R-Minn.) and Karen Thurman (D-Fla.).
