Bausch & Lomb Envisions European Synergies In $228 Mil. Chauvin Deal

Bausch & Lomb's $228 mil. acquisition of the French ophthalmic pharmaceutical maker Groupe Chauvin includes 90 sales reps with which to expand the European distribution channels for the firm's developmental Envision TD technology for the delivery of drugs to the back of the eye.
