ADAC Moves To Divest Underperforming Health Care Information Business

ADAC's letter-of-intent agreement to sell the Cardiology Systems Group component of its underperforming Health Care Information Systems subsidiary to Analogic's Camtronics Medical Systems business represents the first step in a planned divestiture of the entire HCIS business, ADAC says.
