Frist Pursuing Cost-Conscious Trial Coverage Provision In Patients' Rights Bill

Sen. Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) will seek to modify the clinical trial provision of the "Bipartisan Patient Protection Act" (S 1052) through a House version of the bill scheduled to be taken up after July 11.
