Research Regulations Draft Report To Be Completed By April 2003 – PCB

A draft report by the President's Council on Bioethics expected to address regulation of pre-implantation genetic testing and diagnosis will be completed before the council meets in April 2003, PCB said during a meeting held Oct. 17-18 in Washington, D.C
