MDUFMA “Trigger-Fix” Draft Bill Expands Small-Biz User Fee Discounts

The Senate Health Committee is scheduled to mark up MDUFMA "trigger-fix" legislation July 20. The bill would raise the small-business qualification threshold and lock annual user fee hikes at 8.5%
