Senate Probes Guidant’s Compliance With Its Corporate Integrity Agreement

Senate Finance Committee Chair Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is investigating the recent series of Guidant device recalls to determine if the company violated the terms of its 2003 Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA)
