STERIS CEO: Walter M. Rosebrough Jr. is named president and CEO of the sterilization systems manufacturer, effective Oct. 1. Rosebrough replaces Les C. Vinney, who announced plans to step down last year. Vinney will continue to serve as special advisor to the company until his retirement in 2009. Rosebrough has more than 20 years experience in the health care industry, including top positions as Hill-Rom and health care start-up Vasocor. He is stepping down as president and CEO of family-owned Coastal Hydraulics
