Medtronic, St. Jude Ask CMS To Ease Restrictions On MRI-Cardio Trials

Cardiac device makers Medtronic and St. Jude Medical want CMS to reconsider a proposal that would limit Medicare coverage of magnetic resonance imaging scans in patients with implanted heart devices to "ideal" clinical trials.
