Sebelius Defends Device Tax And HHS 2012 Budget Request On The Hill

Republican efforts to repeal the device tax were met with resistance from Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who defended the tax during a Feb. 16 House Ways and Means Committee hearing on the president's fiscal year 2012 budget request.
