Senators Plan Effort To Repeal Independent Payment Advisory Board

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, plans to reintroduce legislation to repeal the Independent Payment Advisory Board, established by the health care reform law to take some of the congressional politics out of efforts to curb Medicare spending growth.
