Industry Council Recommends More Medicare Cost-Sharing To Supercommittee

A health care industry coalition Sept. 14 said it will advise Congress’ deficit-reducing “supercommittee” to create a more uniform cost-sharing structure, including the potential addition of new patient deductibles and co-pays in areas such as laboratory services.
