CMS Urged To Expand Eligible Settings For Sexually Transmitted Disease Screenings

To help ensure that Medicare beneficiaries receive appropriate access to screening tests for sexually transmitted infections, CMS should explicitly cover such tests even when they are ordered or performed outside the primary care setting, stakeholders say.
