Orthopedic device firm says President, CEO and Chairman Stephen P. MacMillan is resigning for family reasons, effective Feb. 8. MacMillan joined Stryker in 2003 as president and chief operating officer, and became CEO in January 2005. Parfet, lead independent director, as non-executive chairman while the board searches for a permanent successor to MacMillan, considering both internal and external candidates.
