RMS Competitor Seeks Injunction After Warning Letter

Repro-Med Systems is facing a request for injunction that would block three of the company’s products from the California market. The request was filed by competitor EMED Technologies, which alleges that RMS products are unsafe and that the company is marketing them via false and misleading statements.

A competitor of infusion pump company Repro-Med Systems Inc. (RMS) has filed for an injunction to stop RMS from selling some products in California alleging that a recent FDA warning letter against RMS shows that the company’s products are not safe for use.
