A former facilities manager for Quest Diagnostics’ Tampa, Florida-based laboratory has been sentenced to five years in prison for fraud and identity theft. In February, David Smith pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud, three counts of mail fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft from the diagnostic testing service provider.
