Maximus adds clear MaxPlus connector:

Ontario, California-based Maximus has introduced the MaxPlus Clear, an enhanced version of its MaxPlus positive displacement connector featuring a clear housing, onto the US market. The new connector provides a visual reminder to completely perform such procedures as priming, disinfection and flushing of the system, thus reducing the occurrence of infections and occlusions. Maximus, a business unit of infusion therapy specialist Medegen, says the MaxPlus Clear is the only clear positive displacement connector currently available.
