Hoping to solve the problem of interference on intracardiac diagnostic catheter readings, Recom Managed Systems plans to combine its signal-amplification and noise-reduction technologies with catheters made by Portland, Oregon-based TZ Medical. Under a proposed joint venture, investigators will examine the potential for Recom's amplifier to substantially reduce noise or interference in TZ's next-generation line of catheters.
