Quinton to pay Instrumentarium less for Burdick:

The final purchase price of Spacelabs Burdick, the cardiology monitoring equipment unit bought by Quinton Cardiology Systems (Bothell, Washington) from Instrumentarium (Helsinki, Finland) in January, has been reduced to $20.4m from $24m. The reduction reflects adjustments based on Burdick's net working capital made after the acquisition was closed.
