DePuy AcroMed completes Link Spine acquisition:

Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy AcroMed (Raynham, Massachusetts) has completed its acquisition of privately owned spinal technology firm Link Spine (Branford, Connecticut). The $325m deal will give DePuy access to Link Spine's SB Charite artificial disc, which is marketed in around 30 countries but has yet to obtain US approval (see Clinica No 1057, p 19).
