CardioDynamics and Philips in co-development deal:

CardioDynamics has formed a co-development and OEM agreement with Philips Medical Systems. The deal will combine San Diego, California-based CardioDynamics' proprietary impedance cardiography (ICG) technology with Philips' diagnostic 12-lead technology. "We have long believed that coupling ICG with ECG will increase the utility and further drive the adoption of our clinically-proven technology," said Michael Perry, CardioDynamics' CEO.
