Chris Hutchinson, former vice-president of marketing with McGaw, is named vice-president of sales and marketing. Terry Kapsen is promoted from the sales team to vice-president of medical and clinical affairs. Roger Jacobi, previously executive director of marketing, is also promoted to vice-president of the company's asthma business.
