Franklin Ophthalmic Instruments (US) has announced several management changes, as part of its new corporate structure as Franklin.MOI. Robert Davis, past president and CEO, has resigned as chairman of the board and director. Michael Carroll has been appointed CEO, in addition to his earlier appointment as president. James Urban, who was earlier named senior vice-president and COO, has been elected chairman of the board. Dallas Talley has resigned from the board. Brian Carroll has been appointed CFO. He was formerly controller of Midwest Ophthalmic Instruments (MOI) and a co-founder of the ORIMS division of Midwest and Doctor's Financial Services.
