Corange has announced further organisational changes at its Boehringer Mannheim and DePuy subsidiaries. The latest twist in the boardroom saga at the Bermuda-based holding company emerged on July 6th, with the news that the DePuy, CMW and ACE divisions of Corange have merged to form the DePuy Group. In a parallel move, the diagnostics and therapeutics divisions of Corange have been combined to form the Boehringer Mannheim Group.
