Analgesic device from Anatomia:

French company Anatomia has developed a hand-held device to relieve and control pain through high-voltage, low-power piezo- electric currents. A two-minute application of the Quartzo Electronic, which can be plugged into any mains socket, provides pain relief from lumbago or chronic neck pain for up to three hours. Current intensity is controlled with a built-in variator. A non-electrical version of the device - the Quartzo Manuel - is also available from Anatomia.
