Miracor's cardiac perfusion technology enters first human trial

Miracor Medical Systems has begun the first human trial of the PICSO (Pressure-controlled Intermittent Coronary Sinus Occlusion) system. The system is designed to improve blood flow to the heart muscle following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) to help repair cardiac tissue in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
