An enhanced version of the COR Analyzer software developed by Rcadia Medical Imaging has gained US 510(k) clearance for the assessment of coronary branch vessels in patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD). This is the third clearance for the system, which automatically detects significant stenotic lesions in coronary arteries from coronary CT angiography (cCTA) studies. It was previously cleared for screening triage patients and for analysing the main coronary arteries. Rcadia (Haifa, Israel) CE marked the system last year (www.clinica.co.uk, 9 March 2010)
