Gore buys assets of bankrupt hole-in-heart specialist NMT

W L Gore has acquired the assets and intellectual property of NMT Medical, including data on its troubled STARFlex heart implant, though its plans for the technology have yet to be clarified. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
