Problem Solved? Health-Care Bill From US House Caucus Aims To Repeal Device Tax By Year's End

Time's running out for Congress to repeal the 2.3% medical device excise tax before its suspension ends on Dec. 31. But a new health-care bill introduced yesterday by the House Problem Solvers Caucus could kill the tax by then.
